Simple Green Juice & Strawberry-Chia Pudding

This is week 1 of my Rawfood Experiment. I started this wonderful sunny day with a simple Green Juice and an amazing fresh Strawberry-Chia Pudding.

Simple Green Juice

  • 1 apple
  • 1/8 cucumber
  • 2 handfull baby spinach leaves
  • 1 inch ginger

Juice in your juicer, add water to your preference.

Strawberry-Chia Pudding

This pudding has to firm up overnight, so I started it the evening before.

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Stirr the chia seeds into the almond milk. Let rest for 15 minutes. Stirr again very well until all lumps are gone. Add fresh fruits and spices, transfer into a glass jar or cup and let set overnight in your fridge.
