Sprouts & Olives Salad

For this salad I chose strong green lettuces, white cabbage, carrots, baby spinach leaves, yellow peeppers and carrots. Topped with sprouts, fresh cress, olives, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


The Warm Meal: Vegetables and Quinoa

  • carrots
  • cauliflower
  • zucchini
  • white cabbage
  • fresh ginger
  • cashew nuts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • Quinoa

The vegetables were lightly cooked in a bit of olive oil. The Quinoa was simmered for about 20 minutes. Assemble together and enjoy!
