This salad is delicious, filling and prepared in 10 minutes!
1 large zucchini grated
1 slice watermelon cut into cubes
Shelled hemp seeds to toss on the salad
For the dressing:
1/2 lemon juiced
2-3 tbsp Tahini
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 tsp Soy sauce
A pinch of salt, pepper & smokec paprika
Whisk all together. Add honey or agave if you prefer a sweeter version.
